Bienka Architecture provides professional Structural Planning and Building Information Modeling (BIM) services, including structural load analysis and sustainable materials integration for large-scale projects. Services are described in specific proposals and project contracts.
The Client agrees to:
Bienka Architecture will perform its services with the standard of professional diligence customary in the industry. However, we do not guarantee specific results beyond what is described in the project contract. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for that specific service.
BIM models, plans, analyses, and technical documentation created by Bienka Architecture are our intellectual property until the project is paid in full. Upon full payment, the Client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use such materials for the specific project for which they were created.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon their publication on this page. Either party may terminate a service agreement in writing with 30 days' notice, subject to payments for services rendered up to the termination date.
